macbook neo battery lasting 3hrs

it’s been more then two weeks and it’s battery is still really trash, it rarely says 10hrs
it does really last 3hrs and is not indexing

I’d pay close attention to the energy usage of each app; looks like that top one there is using quite a bit when it’s in use.
