My integrated retina screen looks a bit blurry when looking very very up close

I have a 2020 M1 Macbook and when i first got it looked sharp, but when i look very very up close its fuzzy and pixelated especially around the edges, is it a normal retina/macos feature? its just as fuzzy at it looks on my 1080p external monitor, but the retina screen does it too (but less)

What is the display resolution shown under System Settings > Display?

It’s set at « More Space » but i does this on every display resolution

Is the display aftermarket? Did you replace it?
