Usually the SIM itself says what carrier it is. And you might be able to insert a SIM from another carrier according to the message.
If the device is actually locked to that SIM, however, we can’t help any further.

It doesnt have a sim, and the device just says insert a sim, im apparently gonna have to try it with someone elses sim, coz i turned mine esim a month ago. Other than that, i think it's a deadend as well.
