I think a 15 Pro would be a good upgrade. I’d also consider a 16 Pro if you can fit that in as well, and maybe 256GB storage as well.

16 Pro has the A18 Pro chip, better thermals, better battery, camera control button, some other camera improvements, faster MagSafe charging, and a few more other differences.
Another note: if you care about thermals or battery life at all, avoid the 15 Pro and get the 16 Pro. The 15 Pro wasn’t great in regards to thermals and battery, and the 16 Pro is a big improvement.
The 15 Pro is getting harder and harder to recommend these days
