DND without sending to voicemail

This is something that is already on android

When I turn on DND or another focus mode, it sends filtered calls straight to voicemail. Is there a way to let it just ring instead?

I do not want it to directly send to voicemail.

I believe what he means is that if you have dnd on instead of calls going to voicemail instantly instead they will ring silently in the background where they don’t know you’re on dnd
