we don't have official Apple Store in my country so i went to the official authorized reseller
so first of all the 16 inch is definitely not for me
so my 2 questions right now are :
what kind of specs i need for programming + AI/ML + installing couple of apps and a lot of browsering tabs : m4 pro 12 cpu 16 gpu or the 14 cpu 20 gpu ?
how big is the difference on the battery and fans between the 14 inch and 16 inch ?

Well it depends on how much your workload is and the price budget you are on if you can afford it go for MBP 16 M4 do not worry about storage since 512 and 1TB would be enough

i saw a video comparison ill send here but if i remember correctly 16 inches loses battery quicker somehow
however 16 inch is very good because you get bigger display size so splitting screen will be nicer because you have more space
