#When to update Intel 2019 MacBook pro to Mac OS 26?

Stay on Sequoia for now. Upgrade to the newest Sequoia update and wait about 6 months before upgrading to Tahoe.
If your Mac is one of the higher end 16 inch models from late 2019, you may be fine with Tahoe.
Ok. I will! Thanks for your opinion! Really wasn’t sure yet!
Whenever you want lol
Doesn’t really matter all that much
Typically the sooner the better
Yes. Update immediately.
Why exactly?
Security and peace of mind.
Sequoia is still supported, and may be better on Intel Macs (for now)
that's not to say Tahoe is bad, because it's great. But you should always be running the newest version of an OS, even if it's an older but still supported one
Depends on which one it is. Tahoe runs great on mine, but my 2019 is the i9 with Radeon 5500M with 32GB RAM and 8GB VRAM model.
Well, mine is the 64 GB RAM, 4GB VRAM with an i9… But I have had issues in the past with boot problems
Yeah that's a top tier machine, I'd probably upgrade to Tahoe now if you want
Should run fine with no problems
If it was one of the lower tier ones than I'd probably hold off, but the higher end models are just fine with Tahoe
It should run more than fine. Apple don’t botch these things.
Ok! Well, I’ve had issues with the boot partition ever since I tried Bootcamp around this time last year…
Let’s just say I had to reformat my SSD 3 times to update, and haven’t had an issue since…
I don’t know if I should risk it though
A safe approach is to wait until at least the first or second minor update (like 15.1 or 15.2) unless you have a specific reason to upgrade sooner.
