What’s the best earbud for sleeping in a discord call

I know this may sound odd weird or strange, but I’m trying to find a good quality mic that are ear buds and good quality for discord calls for when I’m in a discord call while I’m sleeping as I tend to be in one while I sleep, does anyone know any good ones that are compatible with iOS devices and aren’t AirPods? From my personal experience AirPods are notorious for being not so good quality.
