Hi guys! I transferred all my data from my iphone13 pro to the 17 and when i opened safari none of my tabs transferred! Helpppp!

Open tabs won’t transfer over. However, if you still have the iPhone 13 pro, you may be able to use iCloud tabs to open the tabs that are open on the 13 on the new phone. To try that, see Set up and use iCloud Tabs - Apple Support

Another approach would be to add all of the currently open tabs on the 13 to a Tab Group. Then you should be able to open the tab group on an of your iCloud devices.

Do you have iCloud for Safari enabled on both devices? Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Saved to iCloud > Enable Safari
