I own airpods pro 2 since december 2022. Very happy with them.
H2 chip must be THAT good if they don't upgrade it to H3

this wouldn’t be a good review to watch in relation to deciding whether the new airpods are suitable for you
you can achieve good noise cancellation on the pro 2, just by replacing the silicone tips with foam ear tips and it’ll block out the noise better
apple wanted comfort ability so rather than making the entire ear tip foam they made the outer part silicone and the inner part foam to make it have a secure fit etc
this is my opinion on pro 3, if you want a more natural sound profile definitely get them i think with future software updates they’ll get better than they already are currently
when pro 2 first released there was a few software updates that made u hear pretty much nothing
if you’re a bass guy you’ll get better bass, better highs, and lows and a better microphone so it’s not just “live translation “ as you’ve said and the case features the tap to connect to devices brought from airpods 4
it’s too early to say whether they’re good even with the pre existing reviews apple has a history of releasing firmware updates that improve noise cancellation and transparency along with audio quality they’re a relatively new product so i can’t say whether they’re better than the previous version
