Long story but I will keep it short. My Mom lost her phone (Android) Tuesday and just got a new one. Gave her my old phone (Android). She was in Arizona for a bit for a trip and will be back tomorrow. Anyways, she went to Metro PCS and got the new phone. When I call her on my IPhone, it comes up as her name. When she calls me, I see it as Mom. When I call the house phone or someone else, it comes up as her name on my phone. Can that be fixed? Do I need a new number?
#Will my iPhone, Google, Email or anything be messed up now?

Some other pieces in the story, my Mom put her phone on the roof of her car because she was using it for light when she was out somewhere and forgot it was on the roof so it dropped and got crushed by cars. That night, I found my old phone that I had last used in like 2023. You couldn’t do anything on it. Google didn’t work, the play store, nothing. She needed it for directions to the Airport because she was going to Arizona for 5 days. Anyways, she went to Metro PCS and hooked my old phone I gave her up and called me on it and texted. She said she still couldn’t use Google and stuff just call and text. Today, she went to Metro PCS (I’m guessing) and got a brand new phone. I’m not a tech person but I guess they just moved the SIM card from my old phone to the new one? When she called on her new phone, it came up as Mom. When I called her on my phone, she said it came up as her name. When I call the house phone on my phone, it came up as her name. Is there a way to fix that? Will that mess up my iPhone, Google, etc? Also, I got a text that said “A change was made to your account.” Please help.
