Hey everyone. I recently bought an iPhone 16 Pro, knowing the 17 is coming soon, but I needed a new phone ASAP. I’m considering upgrading to the 17 Pro Max once it’s out if the trade in value is good.
For those who’ve traded in their phones before, how much could I expect to get for my 16 Pro as a trade-in toward the 17 Pro Max? I’m in Canada if that makes a difference.

Hey, so I checked out the new Watch Series 11 instore and also got to try the iPhone 17 Pro. Honestly, I was shocked at how scratched up and worn out the display models looked and they’ve only been out for like a month. That was a huge turn-off for me. I wasn’t super interested in the telephoto zoom or the extra features to begin with, but seeing them in that condition really made me reconsider thinking the 17 Pro was the better pick.
