That's just too much. Only solution I can think of is to back up your phone and restore.

The screenshot literally shows your storage is critically low. Probably gonna have to back up and restore at this point.

just a suggestion really but i think by going to public versions it wipes the previous build which might delete the previous system data being used
by the developer beta though im not entirely sure
