#battery health

What model is your iPhone?
Well, it could depend on the way you are using your mobile device
It’s recommended to start charging the phone when it reaches 30-20 percent, ( not battery health) . If u have already turned on the option (optimize battery health or smth lie that) then your device should be capable of lasting more
The optimize battery option, charges to 80 percent at a quite fast rate, then slows down, till it reaches 100
Depending on your iPhone model, a little over 80% max capacity is perfectly normal.
For iPhone 14 and earlier, 80% max capacity with 500 cycles is to be expected.
For iPhone 15 and newer, 80% max capacity with 1000 cycles is to be expected.
i have an iphone 15 pro
and i have 85 battery health and 1012 charging cycles is it normal ?
Yes I’d say so
So don’t worry
And once it drops below 80% you can get a new battery at an Apple Store for like $99
I believe so
So don’t sweat it
Need any more help?
yeah i need an advice, i though that if my battery goes like this in decline maybe i should upgrade to the 17 pro max when it lauunches. or is not worth it ? because im thinking or a new battery or upgraiding
and should i buy an ipad pro if i have an macbook is it worth the money ?
And it’s free if you have Apple care+
listen, if youre current iphone is working real fine, then theres no need in going for a 17 pm
just becuz the battery is a lil offside doesnt mean that you have to get a whole new iphone
well, which ipad and macbook do you have rn?
if you dont have currently
then i suggest going for m2 ipad air
and m4 or m3 macbook air
both are budget friendly options
i was thinking just because of the battery but i think is the cheaper option to switch the battery than getting another iphone
i have an macbook air m1
and i don’t have an ipad that’s why i was thinking of getting one
but i don’t know if is it worth buying one if i have a macbook
if you think thats right then ofc you should go for it!
i mean
since your already have a macbook thats apple silicone
then just get an ipad air
if the mac aint good enough get a macbook air m3
Mhm
Most of the time getting a fresh new battery will make your phone seem brand new as all other functions should work just fine
