What issues are you having with the app? Is the app up to date? What version of iOS are you running on your device? What model iPhone do you have?
I'm running version 6.00
My issue is that when I click request ride my address didn't show up for my pick up but my job address for my drop off does show up
Have you tried making sure the NJ Access Link app is up to date?
The app is already up to date

This may be a compatibility issue with the app under iOS 26 beta. The best you can do is submit feedback about the issue, and make sure you’re always running the latest beta build.
I don’t have much experience with this particular app, but considering your on iOS 26 beta, it’s possible there’s a compatibility issue with the app on iOS 26 beta.

Side note: It also seems like your storage is a little low. While storage may not be causing the issue here, it’s best to keep at least 15-20 GB of free space for your device to run smoothly.
How can I fix that due to my pc being down
It’s been a little while. Have there been any updates since then or is this resolved?
