Hey everyone!
I could use some help here.
I currently have an iPhone 12 and I’m upgrading to an iPhone 16 (512GB). I completed the payment, and the bill is already made at the store.
However, when trying to transfer my data from the iPhone 12 to the new iPhone 16, it keeps getting stuck at the "Preparing for Transfer" stage. I tried 4–5 times at the store, but it wouldn't proceed. Eventually, I had to return home with just my iPhone 12.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas what could be causing it, or how I can fix it? Would appreciate any suggestions — thanks in advance! 🙏
