power on / off sounds not staying enabled

so i just got an iphone 16 pro today, and if i enable the power on / off sounds, it turns off if you leave the page. im on the latest version, but i did load my other iphones settings. i used to have a hack on my old phone which made the setting appear, maybe thats why? i also had an iphone 16 pro 3 months ago which had the same problem. (i had to return it since i got grounded, dont ask) how can i fix this? would resetting my settings work? idk what to do

have you tried updating to iOS 18.4.1?

Weird. Maybe try submitting feedback to Apple

I think there seems to be some other setting/configuration that’s making that not work properly although I’m not sure what.

I would try doing a Reset All Settings and see if that fixes stuff.

see yeah on my iphone 12 i used a tool called nugget which would make that setting appear. it was purely cosmetic, if you turned it on it would turn right back off, but maybe me messing with that messed it up on my 16 pro, because i setup my 16 pro right from my 12 i copied everything
