Watch optimised charging not charging in time

I wake up any time from 4-5, and my Watch doesn’t seem to understand that. I have optimised charging on, and it’s working perfectly fine on my AirPods, MacBook and iPhone but not my Watch… is there any way to manually set a time for it to finish charging?

This feature depends on what watch you have. Newer watches have “optimized charge limit” whereas older ones only have “optimized battery charging”. However I honestly don’t know the difference between them - apparently there’s a difference beyond just the name, but I sure don’t know what it is.

its a shame cause i kinda just want it be done charging at 4:30 every day and it would be so useful if i could rely on it like that
