I'm not sure where they are located on the Beats Solo Pro, but if you can find the mic holes, just clean them with a Qtip or something like that. Sometimes debric can clog up vents/mics. (happens a lot with AirPods)

Well the mics in question are very very minute and I might have to use a needle to clean them

Yeah, with the microphone holes being that small, it makes it hard to do

and if it's not the mics causing it, then it could be a hardware issue

Oh, a repair shop may be able to look at it, but I'm not sure.
