I use a squarespace form for customers to send me emails it then sends that email form message to my business icloud email recently I was experimenting with how many emails I'm allowed to send to my subscribed customers it appears I went over the limit and Apple blocked me. I reauthenticated the email and can use it again but after that it will Not work with the Squarespace form I've been searching and searching trying to find where Apple is sending it I do not have a spam folder attached for some reason and it is not going to my junk any suggestions would be appreciated.

<@&1142976431584989255> Hey, a little help in here please.
i would love some help im hoping there is a way to unblock My Squarespace forwarding email. i made the mistake of pushing the limits of how many emails I could send and I think that's what set this off lesson learned!
Another thing this icloud is not attached to a phone as the main Apple ID I'm curious if that could be part of the problem I wanted to make sure that this Apple ID doesn't get used by someone else because it is the name of my business.
and yes ill help were i can
I’m not familiar with squarespace forms? How do those work?
@cloud saffron
So someone trying to contact us will fill out this form and it will forward it to my chosen email, but it will be sent from Squarespace. After I over sent emails to my subscribed clients it stopped working.
I must’ve hit a spam filter or something lesson learned I will never attempt something like that again.
@cloud saffron long story short the form is a contact us page on a website.
So now people fill out the form, and you don’t get the emails, is that right? When you look at an email from this form does it say it’s “From” something at squarespace.com?
Yes, no email sends to [email protected] email after form is filed out and sent, but email can be sent to [email protected] email Directly. It stopped working after I made the mistake of over sending emails but I was not using Squarespace to send the emails it's the only anecdotal evidence I have for why it might have stopped working.
When it was working the email would be sent to that icloud
from: [email protected]

P.s. Squarespace is showing that the emails are sent in their logs tho so I believe Apple has blocked this type of forwarding after I triggered it possibly.
Quite possibly. Ok, your best path is to contact iCloud support directly and ask them to unblock mail from Squarespace to you.
You can reach support via https://getsupport.apple.com

Thank you for looking into this with me i'm going to contact them immediately I'm hoping not to lose this email valuable lesson was learned I do appreciate your time good Zir.
You’re welcome
Let me know what happens
I'm gonna hit the hay. just got off with them they think I might have to remake the form and if that doesn't work contact squarespace which kinda makes sense
Customer support said everything looks good on their end.
I'm going to rebuild the form tomorrow I'll let you know here what happens.
Looks like I'm gonna just have to use a Gmail no luck with Squarespace all anecdotal evidence points towards Apple blocking this forwarding feature after I triggered the spam filter.
