Finally caught this again today so I took a screen recording and a screenshot.
You can see the apps have “view” instead of the cloud icon until I press on restore and then I can download like normal.
This only happens on my 15 Pro. 18.3 offload apps is off cause I don’t need it.

I know there’s supposed to be a way where US developers who are developing for the EU market can somehow use alternate app stores and stuff. I wonder if somehow your device enabled some of that or something. Weird.

Very odd how this keeps happening. On all my devices running 18.5, 18.6b3, and 26.0b3, not once have I encountered this problem.

Really odd how the App Store keeps offloading even when Offload Unused apps is off.
This is the most bizarre bug I’ve ever seen. I’d look into sending feedback.

I may spend some time with Apple tomorrow and see what they say since it has happened through a reset. Idk what they could do though.

So far so good. When I reset yesterday it popped up by now.

They are trying to take logs but it is at 2% and I had to leave to go somewhere for a bit so I restarted it. Been here for a good 20 min though. Hopefully the logs send soon. It is at the last step of the enhanced logging though
