I have an IPad Air which has the option for Apple Intelligence but I can’t access it due to region restrictions(I am from Romania), is there anything I can do about it? I would appreciate a lot to be able to use this feature? I also have Apple Music subscription, I don’t wanna lose it. _iPadAir

The best thing you can do is wait till April, which is when it'll be available on iOS and iPadOS in the European Union. It's available on macOS 15.1 or later in the EU though.
