Hello everyone.
My father got a new Iphone, since hes about to quit his job.
He was using an iPhone which was provided by his job.
He also used an AppleID with the company email.
Now i provided him a new Sim and would like to setup his Phone (since i am a good son 😄 )
My problem is, we would like to mirror the old Iphone on the new one, because of Whatsapp and all the photos.
BUT in the best case he wants to get a new AppleID with his new number.
Kinda like a fresh start.
Is it possible to transfer all data and especially Whatsapp (so everyone gets informed after he swaps Sim), but change the AppleID?
Can i mirror the iphone and change AppleID afterwards?
Another idea was to change AppleID before and than mirror?
Or is he save to just swap the E-mail and Phone number on the old AppleID?
Since if i am right, the Appleid shouldnt be company wise and its "only" the email. which i can easily swap no?
I hope you can help and suggest me what to do.
I can understand if I explained a bit missleading. Please just ask if I am missing some information.
