I own an IPad 5th gen and recently I purchased an Apple Pencil to use on it and while the apple pen is the correct model for the 5th gen it will NOT Bluetooth or even give me that alert. And that brings in another issue because I looked it up and ai told me that it might be because I need to update my software BUT I CANT UPDATE IT EVEN WHEN I HAVE ENOUGH STORAGE. And NOTHING IS WORKING. I don’t have money or the time to go to apple I just wanna know WTF is going on. This is so stressful because this is literally my 3rd time having to get an apple pen since none of them have worked
