I noticed that when I use YouTube on Edge, Apple Music and Spotify on my MacBook, it says that Spatial Audio is not available, but when I go to Youtube on Safari, it works. Does anyone why it is acting this way?
I got an Apple Silicon Mac and AirPods 3rd Gen, don't see any issues here

As for the Music Streaming apps, Spatial Audio is only available if you have a Apple Music subscription. It is not available for Spoifty.

It works in Safari since it uses Spatialize Stereo for YouTube
As for Edge, I'm assuming it doesn't work for 3rd part browsers.

From my knowledge, Spatial Audio only works with Apple Music, FaceTime, Content in Safari (Only Spatialize Stereo), and the Apple TV App. It can also be used in some games too, what games? I'm not sure.
At least for the Mac
On iOS or tvOS you can use it with a wider variety of apps
