can someone help me im desperate i got airpod pros for christmas and the disconnect anytime i go of audio or tiktok and they just disconnect helpp!!

i click of tiktok and open snapchat and then they just disconnect i gotta put them back in and close the case to reconnect

Click on it
Scroll down you should see version number

That doesn’t pop up

It’s weird

Like all the automatic ear detection is there but that isn’t
