and even apple support didnt help them as much
they couldnt recover it for them

If Apple support can’t / doesn’t wanna do anything again, you might try waiting like 5 days on an attempt instead of starting the process again
To give the scheduled email time to send, since sometimes it can take a whole

Well I would do another attempt at resetting, then wait at least 5 days before doing another attempt to give it time
Doing attempts before the previous attempt actually sends can overwrite your previous attempt, if that makes sense
