Hello, I am currently having trouble with my iPhone 13 Mini. For the past few days, it wouldn't boot up and would constantly loop on the apple logo or recovery mode. Today, I tried to Restore it using the Apple Devices app on my Windows laptop. Midway through the restoration, an error screen comes up on my computer stating that it can't be restored. Right now, my phone shows that it is stuck in the middle of an update. What do I do?

Can you put it into recovery mode
When it’s completely shut off, quickly press volume up volume down then hold the power button until you see the recovery screen

Then do the steps above to boot into recovery

You’ll be able to connect it to computer and reset it
