Hello, for some reason my iPhone had started recognising my battery as an unknown part out of nowhere and due to this I can’t see or charge the battery and it shuts down every couple minutes
The battery has never been replaced or repaired in the past and I have the latest updates installed
How do I fix this?

Hi there could you try doing a force restart?
Then go into your settings > general , reset iPhone then reeet all settings
Then restart your device
Then check it again
And if that doesn’t work you might have to reinstall your device using finder or 3utools or iTunes

Very late response but I just noticed that I in fact don’t have the latest software, I do you think downloading it would fix the issue?

cant download the software because the phone keeps shutting down 😭
