Hello yesterday my iPhone 15 Pro began acting up. Almost nothing is working on the phone besides Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and so on. Any apple app, and almost any other app is not working. And its like the phone doesnt have any internet connection. Ive tried both with wifi, data and so on and i shows a perfect connection. Even my family members iPhone 15 Pro is working perfectly on the internet with no problems. Ive tried updating it to iOS 18.0.1 and it didnt help, even that i had to do through my macbook because i could not update it. Now im trying to factory reset it and i cant even do that because i have to turn off find my and i CANT DO THAT!!!! So basically im stuck with a useless phone right now, i cant find anything about it on the internet.. What should i do, go back to the place where i bought it?

As far as I know, Apple Support is 24x7 worldwide

The thing is i can’t factory reset it no matter what and i can’t back it up with icloud because of connections issues, i have it backed up on my macbook.

So i didn’t find a solution, maybe a dumb dumb dumb ios 18 bug? I had to factory reset the phone and then it was working but nomatter what the backup is broken with connection issues. So im just starting my phone from fresh, that’s how it is.
