Carrier settings are generally best left as they are, unless you’re experiencing an issue, in which case your carrier’s support personnel might advise changing them.

Turn off 5g my lte connection is 150 Mbps and with 5g it’s 20 mbps

On mine, my 5g connection is 400Mbps.
