can someone tell me what this is and how to fix it? the screen has all these weird colors and i cant click on some buttons. last week, i got water in the phone last week but nothing really happened until a couple of days ago. i've shut it off for a few days to not damage it even more but it's only barely helped. i think there might be water inside the phone.

Hi there, yeah your display has been damaged by the water , there’s still some moisture that’s trapped inside the device that’s causing damage to it and a damaged display would lead to those weird colors you see and bad touch sensitivity
What I would advise you to is turn off the device
Get it checked out by a certified technician and you would probably need to have the display replaced
i put it in rice and silica gels but it's only helped with the screen not glitching out and flickering.
what should i do now?
Apple has advised not to put your devices inside a bag of rice
So now as I’ve suggested there’s no much you could do
Other than getting it checked out by a technician as you might need to have to display replaced
ok thanks.
one last thing, can't i just use a fan or blow dryer to evaporate or drain the moisture out of it?
No no no no do not do that !
Do not use a blow dryer
A fan sure
thank you but why not the hair dryer?

cos of the heat, it could cause further damage and even trap more moisture
