why can't i use my apple balance for in app purchases [RESOLVED]

I do not see anywhere how to buy a game app on my Iphone. I redeemed an apple gift card in Itunes and I want to use on the game app Roblox. whenever i try to buy robux with it, it asks me to add another payment method

Try topping up a lil bit more than $20 maybe $25
If it tells you there’s insufficient balance it means the $19.99 might include some fees or VAT that could cause it to exceed $20
Or maybe Roblox uses other forms of payment and not your apple balance
Try maybe a smaller purchase like the $9.99
Still make sure you have a valid credit/debit card

i dont have any credit card registered on my paying methods tho

If that doesn’t work there might be some payment restrictions , you can either try contacting apple support or the Roblox support team they could give you more information about the payment restrictions

but the thing is i cant even contact apple support

there is no live chat option

Open the support app on youriPhone
Click on your device
Choose subscriptions and purchases, then choose choose unable to make a purchase then if you scroll down you can see where to message them

They usually respond on time
