payment apple store

this is more of a payment issue but apple has been declining my payment for my ipad for several days now even tho ive called the support team about 3 times already
and they even added a new card to try and they keep saying try the following day and see if the payment gets accepted but obviously it hasnt
so what do i do then

What are you using to buy the iPad? Try using a different device

we already paid

it’s just that they only take the money apparently when it’s being shipped out

from your card

And they mailing me saying the payment doesn’t work

We added a new card to the order to see if it would help

But I got the same message

because they keep trying the old card

Which is what the Apple support team told me

so idk it feels helpless atp

Can u try only using the new card at checkout?

Theres no checkout

Thats the thing

We already did the checkout w the old card which was a debit card

And they later informed me w debit cards u can only use it for one item

So then we added a credit card but they keep using the debit one which obviously won’t work according to their logic
