Siri does not work on my Apple Watch (It says it’s enabled but doesn’t let me click on anything on its section in the Apple Watch settings) it’s also letting me enable it on my iPhone via the Watch app but still doesn’t work. Please help me resolve this issue.

What you can do is try to restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch then re-pair your watch to your iPhone
Also check to see that WiFi is enabled on your watch
