Can I upgrade the 120Hz display of my Dell G15 with a 165Hz one?

My Dell G15 5515 Ryzen Edition laptop has a damaged LCD panel which is 120Hz, and im planning to replace it, but I wanna know if I can swap the 120Hz with a 165Hz one without any issues?

The reason is because the seller im looking at on Amazon has the 165Hz panel listed cheaper than the 120Hz one so if i can use the higher refresh rate one for cheaper, why not? The only source i have to go off of is one screen replacement video thats claims to have swapped their 120 panel with a 144Hz one on the same laptop model. The new display is exactly the same as the one on the laptop now besides the refresh rate. ⬇️

Gaming laptop* battery doesnt really matter it only lasts 40 minutes max because of how bad the health is so I can’t say I care. also, yeah I’d assume it would work fine but I wanna see if anyone knows anything I don’t. 🤷‍♂️
