#Twitter video playback on web being broken

so when trying to watch videos on twitter through the website, if the video does not auto play, and you click play, it pause every 1-5 seconds consistantly. Making watching videos completely unusable 😭. i have tried evyerhitng i know how to do, clearing cookies, cache, browsing data for the site, even reinstalling my browser. i have also used a program to clear browser and windows temp files. at one point this worked to fix it, but then it happened again and none of these fixes have solved it. I have looked around places like r/twitter, and i havent been able to find a solution, only others saying they have the same problem.

can someone please help me fix this? 😭 🙏

Looked for a feedback form, but only found one for iOS. Not sure if the browser has a feedback section built in or not
