#problem with Apple Wallet

Like the message says, contact your card issuer. Usually this means that the issuer requires that you contact them to confirm that it’s really you adding the card.
I already did that, of course, I contacted them, but they told me that it was a problem from Apple itself!
What region are you in? Possible it’s not supported in your region, but your best bet at this point is Apple Support.
If you restart your iPhone and try again does it help?

Some cards aren’t compatible with Apple Pay
It is impossible because I used to use the card to my old phone for about three years, but I bought a new phone and the card not added, and I removed it from my old phone.
I see, well, did you contact your bank to see if they had an explanation? It seems based on the error, you may need to do that.
