I have been fighting with this issue for three days and I cannot get my white HomePod connected to my phone. I have tried everything that I can do. I’ve called Apple multiple times and I don’t know what is going on. Basically, what happened was I went to reset my Home app because when I set up my Apple TV, it basically caused a glitch With the home hub so to fix that I basically restore my home app while doing that reset my both HomePods that I had in stereo the black one is already connected back to my phone but the white one refuses and I mean refuses to connect to my phone. I don’t know what to do and I am so stressed out.

Are the HomePods running a beta or public version?
the one in question is running public software, but it's OK. I called Apple and they're gonna initiate a repair for it for free out of courtesy.
what I think is happening is it's stuck in a glitched state with the icloud.
