Cant charge my Iphone 15 with power bank

Hi, im trying to charge my iphone 15 with a powerbank using a USB-C charger but whenever I plug it in it says "This accessory uses to much power" and i think my phone thinks im trying to charge the power bank with my phone is there a way to fix this?

The only solid way to prevent this is to charge it via USB unfortunately
