iphone hangs up call when I answer

This is my second time opening a ticket but this issue keeps on happening to me. Whenever someone calls my phone number and i go to click the green button to pick up the call hangs up right away. Is there a fix to this my phone uses 3g and has proper cell signal. I need a his to be fixed fast because i cannot pickup anyones calls thank you

Iphone se 2020 and im running iosis 17.2.1

Have you tried using 4G LTE to see if that helps?

Or does it automatically just switch?

In celular settings it says 3g i put it to 3g because my cell signal strength is way more

To be honest, I’m not sure.

I’d either take it to Apple or your carrier

Ive put in the code 3001#1245# one time in my phone app but havent fiddled around with any settings does that do anything?

Yeah it was a code someone told me about it tried it for fun it took me to sim setting stuff but i havent done anything in there yet my phone is acting like this today

Okay so whenever i put my mobile data to 3g it hangs up calls when i try to answer but when i put it to LTE it lets me pickup calls anyone know why this is happening?

I know some carriers are shutting down 3G networks but I’m not sure if that has taken place

You think you can find out because my phone is on lte but with lte i get bad service so i keep it on 3g

Here is some info I found out regarding 3G

It seems most carriers will stop using 3G in the year 2025 when it comes to Canada
