I'm looking to get a company paid phone that has to have excellent battery life. 7hr+ screen on time (light to medium/light demands). I would like the phone to be the size of the Pro or base model, not the Pro Max/plus. Cellular range and speed are also fairly important. The price has to be reasonable because I don't want to ask too much from my boss. Cameras and proccessor speed aren't important to me.

Would the iPhone 13 Pro be a good option or should I opt for the 14 Pro (I did read/watch some bad battery life reviews online). Base model iPhone 15 would also be an option to consider.

If camera isn't a priority, I recommend looking into a base 15. It's around the same price for a more modern phone

Yeah thats what i considered too but the base has a couple hours less battery compared to the 13 pro
