My iPhone it’s feeling too slow I know that it it’s old but on iOS 16 and before iPhone 15 series release it has been okay what I can do battery on 74%. I don’t care if battery drain too fast I just want my phone to be usable

I’m in the same boat as you. I’ll be upgrading soon, but currently I still have an iPhone 11 that I got at launch and it has 73% battery health. Laggy performance is because of the degraded battery, and there’s really not much you can do aside from get the battery replaced.

I’m using my 11 as a working phone but it’s being too laggy actually I didn’t want to update to 17 but I get an apple watch so updating to iOS 17 was the only way to activate my watch

I don't think updating to iOS 17 made much of a difference for me, it's mostly just the battery degradation
