AirPods Max to replace current headphones

So I’m on my second pair of Bluetooth headphones and they’re both non over the ear so the problem is that the ear cushions and headband cushion would wear out. The AirPods Max has replaceable ear cushions and the headband isn’t really a cushion. I’m looking for prices of $400 or lower. I also could wait for my birthday which is in the end of May and use my current headphones which still work, the ear cushions are just worn out. If u can’t find prices of $400 or less, I can wait
