From the 3rd Gen? Not so much. The only thing you'll get out of it is slightly better sound and the noise cancellation and transparency. Not that big of an upgrade but still worth it if you are in noisy enviroments often

The sound quality is great on the AirPods Pro 2. Improved bass compared to the 1st. The noise cancellation is better, I use them on the bus. Transparency sounds as life like as ever with these. On top of that the case offers the Find My capabilities to make it easier to find. Overall they are really good AirPods.
