I have a Macbook Air M1 chip running 13.2.1 and can only get one external screen to work as an extended display, if I connect an additional one though either of 2 types of docking stations the external displays mirror one another, even though the display setting are set to extended. It only seemingly detects one display and pushes the same image to both.
#Is it possible to connect more than 1 mirrored external monitor with Ventura 13.2.1?

Yes, only one can be used through wired connection.
If you have an iPad, you can use that alongside the Mac instead and that’s the only way to use three displays.
Apple is weird
Will this be fixed in a future release? I can literally use my screen, and 2 external monitors on my MBP 2012 and have all 3 as an individual screen... have we moved backwards in a decade?
That’s a great question

I have an MBP 2020 (i5, I know, not M1, but that’s a long story) and I use it’s display, iPad on sidecar and another wired external monitor
which iPad do you use for this?
8th Gen
The MacBook Air with M1/M2 can only support on external monitor due to the display bus chips inside the laptop
