I had about 40 chips and was going to try to bet some, but an initial bug occurred that wouldn't let me bet more than a single chip. I thought, "Okay, maybe it's some kind of update to prevent large bets on the first spin, I don't know?" and I bet just one chip. I lost. Okay, I tried to bet again, but then a message appeared saying I had no more chips! Seriously, I don't want to try to get a large number of chips again, could you please fix this and return my chips? I don't know how to prove that I had exactly 40 chips, but I did! Well, with that last defeat, I would have 39, but I would like them back!

Nah, I saw that I had 40 chips when I tried to bet, and THAT'S WHY I wanted to raise the bet, but I couldn't.
Regarding the items, well, I bought the cheapest ones last year. I'm not a guy who plays roulette every day, and one day last year or early this year I accumulated a hundred or so chips in a pretty scary winning streak on the daily free spins and bought them.

Hello ! I had a similar issue. When I launched the game yesterday, it asked me to log into my account, but it said the profile didn’t exist, so I chose “continue” without logging in. I then recreated an account using the same username and password, and I was able to sync my save.

However, I just noticed that I lost all my casino tokens (116) as well as 2 casino upgrades I had purchased (daily spin card and VIP pass).

Not sure if it's related but sometimes when I spin it takes a while to like to get the animation going and then it kicks me saying a problem has occurred and to return later and when I do return later I've lost my chips or the free bet without showing the previous result that made me "lose" when the roulette broke.
