Game launches as a tiny, unresizable title bar

Description: Upon opening the game, the window appears extremely small, displaying only the application icon and window controls. The maximize button is inactive, and the window edges cannot be dragged to expand the application. It seem the game is still running as i can occasionlly see the pixel in the game changing.
