Cloud save / account seems corrupted — game constantly crashes & restarts after logging in (offline

Hi everyone,
I’m having a weird issue that looks account/cloud-save related.
Until recently I never had this problem on my PC. But after I logged into my Idle Slayer account on a computer that wasn’t mine, the game started crashing/restarting constantly.
What I tested:
Offline mode (no connection): the game runs fine on my PC.
As soon as I log in / cloud save loa
ds: it crashes and relaunches again.
I tried reinstalling, deleting everything, and even switching platform, but it still happens as soon as I use the same account.
So it really feels like my cloud save is corrupted or something got messed up on the account side.
Has anyone had this before? Any known fix/workaround (besides staying offline)? And if you contacted support/dev, what info did they need (logs, player ID, etc.)?

To get the game logs please press Windows + R and copy paste this: %UserProfile%/AppData/LocalLow/Pablo Leban/Idle Slayer
Then message Plab the Player.log and Player-prev.log

I already tried clearing the cache and everything, but the game keeps crashing and restarting endlessly, both on my own PC and on my phone.

I’ve already sent an email to support, and I don’t really want to spam or push by sending another one with the logs unless they ask for it.

That said, I’ve prepared the logs and can send them immediately if needed.
