JoS would be too much, would probably place it right beside skipping portal cooldown by JoS lvl of waste

Also he should edit the portal cooldown
Cause its really dosent make sense spending 5 jos to skip 10 min or 20 min to rest the cooldown
It should be going less at the time of the portal cooldown go to zero

I mean if quarter of the time remains till the portal cooldown goes to 0 then technically the jos should be less

Its a tiny change but more realistic
